Creating Your Space came to us just in time to create our web site. We received the "grand tour" at the WFCA booth at Surfaces last year and immediately said, "this is for us! We need this for our Floor Trader stores." What a terrific site we now have. Consumers were always wanting to know information on flooring and how to shop for floors.

On our site there is EVERYTHING anyone would want to know about flooring and our company. It was extremely beneficial when we were getting ready to open our third location in Mobile, AL. We posted a banner on the road during construction that read "Coming Soon, Floor Trader.

Employment Opportunities visit www.myfloortrader.com" And they visited alright! We received applications (from our site) and people would call us (we even sold one job before our doors opened) and after we opened, many customers mentioned going to the site looking and waiting for our opening date, getting directions and the phone number (since we weren't in the phone book yet).

Our sales staff even use it sometimes when a customer has a question about a certain type of floor, then they will pull it up and print the information out for them.

Also, the ease of working with CYS has been wonderful. Any time we have a change I just email it and it's done that day and always looks very professional. We appreciate the fine work you all do at CYS.

As a fellow marketer, I just wanted to confirm that your new website is working really well - based on the fact that you put together the two right pieces - some way to identify "hotness" of lead (i.e. phone number, when are you planning to install), and return phone call in less than 24 hours. (In my case, less than 2 minutes!)
I met with Steve today, and he walked out with an order for almost three times my original order. Your ability to schedule the initial install for 11/8 sold the deal, and if we can do both on the same day, that's fabulous!

The Designer's Market

Hi Guys! Just wanted everyone to know that we received (including payment in full) our first order generated by the CYS website!

The inquiry came in less than two weeks after we went live! We sold her a bath full of AKDO Calacatta Marble to the tune of $8500. We are working with someone else right now on a $2200 rug. This is going to be huge for us.

You can't believe it, requests are coming in every couple of days. We actually had to have a meeting today to discuss our "trading area" radius, how to handle people beyond that radius and which products were appropriate to sell to a client that we've never even met!
